The Viroqua Food Co-op is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, self-motivated food-lover for the full time position of Prepared Foods Manager. Working at the Co-op is a fun and fast-paced way to make a difference in our community.

We are looking for a strong leader responsible for the oversight and day to day operations of the Deli Department. This position is required to manage and meet the department objectives for sales, margin and customer service needs. We are seeking a candidate with proven restaurant/food service and retail management experience. Candidate must have experience with inventory controls, product selection and purchasing. Candidate must possess strong communication skills and have the ability to handle multiple demands. Proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
This is a full time, salaried position, evening and weekends a must. VFC Manager position with salary potential of up to $19.00/hour, based on experience. Comprehensive Benefits Package Includes: Paid Time off, Paid Breaks, Group Health Insurance, FSA, Employee Discount and more.
