We are looking for an individual with a passion for food and events to come in as Catering Director at Green. Responsibilities include customer service and being the point person for clients, developing proposals and arranging all logistical matters for catering jobs, working closely with the kitchen in developing menus. Billing, invoicing and recording payments also done on a daily basis.
Strong verbal and communication skills and a professional manner are critical. Multi-tasking, organizational skills, and attention to detail are also needed as there are always multiple jobs taking place at the same time.
